The Meatery is an independent, high class butchers shop in the heart of Gainsborough.
Now proudly located at 6 Market Place, our new shop boasts stunning displays and specialist dry-aged fridges, showcasing the very best cuts of meat prepared with care and precision.
Since 2021, we’ve been proud suppliers our restaurant, Clock House Gastrobar, and thanks to incredible customer demand, we now bring our top quality produce directly to the public, offering exceptional meat at a fair price.
With over 100 years of combined experience, Baz and the team use traditional butchery methods to perfect our craft. We are proud supporters of British farmers and work closely with them to source only the finest produce. Every cut is prepared on site, ensuring true quality from farm to fork.
